And the cupcake mania continues…

I made more cupcakes! I used the same cake recipe, but made a chocolate whipped cream frosting this time. It was easy and they were super chocolatey. These were for the Easter potluck at church. I took 55 of them and they didn’t last long.
For my Facebook friends: I know I said I had 56 to frost. We had to use one for taste testing.

My friend Ramona introduced me to cupcake mania. Who doesn’t love cupcakes, right? I had no idea they were so popular. There are lots of blogs out there devoted to those single-servings of Heaven. I had to make something for a party last weekend and I decided on… cupcakes! I used my favorite recipes for chocolate cake and Swiss meringue buttercream frosting. Mmmmmm.
